1. Who we are

2. Not affiliated with HYROX

RoxDuo is an independent training app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by HYROX. HYROX is a trademark of its respective owner. Race dates and venues on this website are provided for convenience; always check the official event information.

3. Health and safety

• RoxDuo gives general training guidance. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified coach.
• Talk to a doctor before starting a new training programme, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or are pregnant.
• Roxy, our AI coach, can make mistakes. Use your own judgement and stop training if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell.
• Readiness scores, recovery insights, benchmarks, the split planner and the compatibility quiz are estimates and rules of thumb, not measurements or guarantees.
• You train at your own risk.

4. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't oblige you to anything. It doesn't guarantee access on a specific date. If you opt in to partner matching, we may introduce you to another athlete; we are not responsible for what happens between you and a match, so use common sense when meeting someone new.

5. Your account

• You need to be at least [16] years old to create an account.
• Keep your login details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• When you link with a partner, you choose to share the training data described in our Privacy Policy with them. You can unlink at any time.

6. Subscription

• RoxDuo Premium costs [PRICE] per month. One subscription covers both linked partners.
• New accounts get a free trial of [14] days. [CHECK: what happens at the end of the trial.]
• Subscriptions are bought and managed through Apple's App Store and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your Apple ID settings. Apple's terms apply to payments and refunds.
• If the subscribing partner cancels, or the partners unlink, the other partner loses premium access at the end of the paid period. [CHECK]

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse RoxDuo. In particular, don't:

• send abusive, hateful or unlawful messages to your partner or anyone else;
• try to access other people's accounts or data, or interfere with how the service works;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, or scrape this website.

8. Our content

The app, its training content, characters and artwork belong to RoxDuo or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal training. Results you share (for example a quiz card or a split plan) you may share freely.

9. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep RoxDuo running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we stop the service, we'll tell you in advance and, where applicable, refund the unused part of a paid period [CHECK].

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RoxDuo is not liable for indirect damage, or for injury resulting from training you choose to do. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer. [CHECK]

11. Ending

You can stop using RoxDuo and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

12. Law and disputes
